Service provided:individual psychotherapy sessions for adults, lasting 50 minutes, will be marketed through this platform. The client will have access to the service at the time scheduled with the professional, through the video conference link that will be informed in advance.

Exchange Policy:as it is a single service (individual psychotherapy lasting 50 minutes) it is not possible to make changes.

Cancellation and return policy:requests for cancellations without penalty will be allowed if they are made within a maximum period of 3 hours before the scheduled session. Within this criterion, the customer may request a refund of the paid session, which will be carried out within 10 days. If the cancellation request is made less than three hours before the start of the session, the fine will be in the value of the session, that is, there will be no refund of money.

 

Rescheduling Policy:requests for rescheduling without penalty will be allowed if they are made within a maximum period of 3 hours before the scheduled session. Within this criterion, the client may request rescheduling according to the availability of the professional. In case the rescheduling request is made less than three hours before the session starts, the session will not be rescheduled and the money will not be refunded.
